TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The power wand tool
does not turn ON
Ensure the power wand tool is charged. Charge the power wand tool. See
Charging the Power Wand Tool.
The power wand tool may have
overheated.
Allow the power wand tool to cool.
The power wand tool
turns ON (pump hums
when trigger is pulled)
but it will not spray.
There is no liquid in the tank. Add liquid to the tank. See Filling the
Sprayer.
The nozzle is clogged. Clean the nozzle. See Nozzle Maintenance.
The in-tank filter is clogged. Clean the in-tank filter. See In-Tank Filter
Maintenance.
The power wand tool is not primed. Allow at least 30 seconds for the pump
to prime.
The hose is not connected to the power
wand tool.
Connect the hose to the power wand
tool and press the trigger to prime the
power wand tool. See Attaching the Hose
Assembly to the Power Wand Tool.
The power wand tool is clogged. Replace power wand tool.
The power wand tool
turns ON but only
sprays at low pressure.
The nozzle is clogged. Clean the nozzle. See Nozzle Maintenance.
The power wand tool is clogged. Replace power wand tool.
The hose is not fully seated at the power
wand tool or the tank connection.
Disconnect and reconnect both ends of
the hose. See Attaching the Hose Assembly
to the Tank and Attaching the Hose
Assembly to the Power Wand Tool.
The in-tank filter is clogged. Clean the in-tank-filter. See In-Tank Filter
Maintenance.
The power wand tool
does not fully prime.
The power wand tool is clogged. Replace power wand tool.
The liquid level in the tank is low. Add liquid to the tank. See Filling the
Sprayer.
There is chemical residue or buildup in
the tank and/or pump due to improper
or inadequate cleaning.
Clean the sprayer. See Cleaning. If
necessary, repeat with warm water and a
mild detergent mixture. Allow the mixture
to stay in the pump for up to 1 hour prior
to rinsing. Replace the power wand tool
if necessary.
The in-tank filter is improperly installed,
missing, or damaged, allowing debris to
enter the pump.
Clean the sprayer. See Cleaning. If
necessary, repeat with warm water and a
mild detergent mixture. Allow the mixture
to stay in the pump for up to 1 hour prior
to rinsing. Replace the power wand tool
if necessary.
The hose is not fully seated at the power
wand tool or the tank connection.
Disconnect and reconnect both ends of
the hose. See Attaching the Hose Assembly
to the Tank and Attaching the Hose
Assembly to the Power Wand Tool.
