PTC-IIpro, PTC-IIusb, PTC-IInet: The single LED in the tuning display shows the frequency
error and lits red when the error is greater than 10 Hz. It lits green when the error is smaller
than 10 Hz, which usually happens after the automatic frequency tracking has been completed.
With the PTC-IIex, PTC-IIusb and PTC-IInet PACTOR-III operation is signallized by blinking
of the PACTOR-I/II-LED.
