Disassembly

Initial Disassembly Steps

Unscrew hoses, remove plugs and o-rings, inlet protector, and rubber bumpers.

Install conical filter, spring, and tank o-ring with specified torque.

Orifice and Balance Chamber Assembly

Insert orifice with o-ring and assemble balance chamber components.

HP-Poppet and System Integration

Insert HP-poppet into balance chamber and the whole system into the 1st stage.

Diaphragm and Dry Chamber Installation

Place diaphragm components and screw dry ambient chamber securely.

Final Reassembly and Checks

Reassemble plugs, hoses, and bumper caps after pressure testing.

Connect 1st stage to a full tank and attach a precise interstage pressure gauge.
