Unscrew hoses, remove plugs and o-rings, inlet protector, and rubber bumpers.
Use field handle tool on HP ports for INT and DIN version disassembly.
Remove diaphragm retainer, spring, dry ambient chamber, and internal components.
Disassemble balance chamber and carefully remove the orifice.
Assemble filter, retainer, and o-ring for INT version yoke retainer.
Assemble o-ring, retainer, and wheel for DIN version.
Install conical filter, spring, and tank o-ring with specified torque.
Insert orifice with o-ring and assemble balance chamber components.
Insert HP-poppet into balance chamber and the whole system into the 1st stage.
Place diaphragm components and screw dry ambient chamber securely.
Reassemble plugs, hoses, and bumper caps after pressure testing.
Connect 1st stage to a full tank and attach a precise interstage pressure gauge.
Observe gauge needle movement and cycle regulator to set internal parts.
Adjust interstage pressure to 9-10 bars using the adjustment screw.
Address pressure issues, replace diaphragm if needed, and fit load transmitter.
