Clean your teeth thoroughly and record your current tooth shade on the provided guide.
Attach the syringe tip and apply a small, even line of Pola gel along the inner front of both the top and bottom trays.
Fit the Pola LED mouthpiece, bite down gently, and press the 'on' button twice for 10-15 minutes of LED light treatment.
After the session, remove the mouthpiece, wipe away excess gel/saliva, and rinse the mouthpiece with lukewarm water.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly or brush your teeth once the whitening session is complete.
