Usage Features:
The Pola Light system is designed for straightforward use:
- Preparation: Clean teeth and rinse the Pola LED mouthpiece. Users can optionally record their initial tooth shade using the provided shade guide.
- Gel Application: Attach the syringe tip to the Pola Day gel syringe. Apply a small, even line of Pola Day gel along the inner front of the top and bottom of the Pola LED mouthpiece. Approximately 0.6g of gel (one-fifth of the syringe) is recommended per session for both top and bottom.
- Mouthpiece Placement: Fit the Pola LED mouthpiece into the mouth and bite down.
- Activation:
- For Pola Day 6% hydrogen peroxide whitening (10-minute session): Press the "on" button twice to activate both Blue and Red LEDs.
- For a 15-minute session (if no sensitivity): Press the "on" button once to activate only the Blue LED.
- Treatment: The LED will activate for the specified duration (10 or 15 minutes).
- Post-Treatment: Once the LED activation ends, the whitening session is complete. Remove the mouthpiece, wipe away excess gel/saliva with a dry tissue, and rinse the mouth or brush teeth.
- Frequency: Repeat the whitening session twice a day for 5 days.
- Pola Luminate Usage (Touch-ups):
- Blot dry the front surface of teeth with a tissue.
- Retract lips and apply a thin layer of Pola Luminate solution to the front surfaces of the teeth, reloading the brush as needed.
- Keep lips from touching teeth for 30 seconds to allow a thin whitening film to form.
- Leave the solution on teeth for a minimum of 30 minutes, avoiding eating or drinking during this time.
- Use Pola Luminate twice a day for 2 weeks for best results.
Maintenance Features:
- Mouthpiece Cleaning: The Pola LED mouthpiece should be cleaned using only water and soap. Abrasive materials and cleaning substances should be avoided. After each use, rinse the mouthpiece with lukewarm water. Do not submerge it in water.
- Charging: When the LED light starts to flash, charge the Pola mouthpiece using the supplied USB charger cord. The light will continue to flash while charging and will stop flashing once fully charged.
- Storage: For optimal results and longevity, store the Pola whitening gel in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, at temperatures between 35°F - 77°F (2°C - 25°C). Do not use the product after its expiration date.

Precautions and Safety:
- The system is safe for teeth whitening when performed under the guidance and supervision of a trained dentist.
- Some individuals may experience short-term teeth sensitivity; if pain occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist.
- Do not eat, drink, or smoke during treatment, and avoid smoking for at least two hours afterward.
- Avoid foods and drinks with strong colors for at least 48 hours after treatment or consume in moderation.
- Use gel at room temperature.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
