9 Audible “Sounder”
The sounder (if enabled) will commence sounding if:
• The attached OS2 system activates on re.
• The attached OS2 system indicates a fault.
• The local “Open”, “Reset” or “Test” pushbuttons are operated. To silence the sounder depress
the “Silence” pushbutton.
10 Key slot
Located on the underside of the MCP is a slot designed for an electronic reset key. Do not insert
anything other than the specially designed key into this slot. The key must be inserted with
electrical contacts facing away from the user. Inserting a dumb reset key will reset the green
blinking indication (see 4.6), and for FCS00200016 only.
