5. ASSEMBLY
5.1. DO NOT connect to the electricity supply before completing this process. .
5.2. See 4.1.1.
5.3. See 4.1.1.
5.4. See 4.1.2.
5.5. Insert a large wheel on each side of the rear basket and ensure they are pushed all the way in.
5.6. Turn the tank upside down and insert the moulded castor mountings into their positions in the black base. Retain each
castor moulding with the self tapping screws provided.
5.7. For dry suction t the cartridge lter.
5.8. For carpet washing or wet suction t the foam lter.
5.9. Re-assemble the top to the tank.
5.10. Fasten the 2 clasps.
5.11. Attach the suction hose to the suction inlet on the front of the tank.
5.12. Push the end of the suction hose into the air diffuser handle. See g.1 item 23. Push the end of the air diffuser handle into the
telescopic extension tube. Fit the required accessory to the base of the extension tube or directly to the diffuser handle if the
extension tube is not required.
6. CARTRIDGE FILTER
R WARNING! Always disconnect the plug from the mains supply before removing the tank cover.
6.1. IMPORTANT: The lter is made of high quality paper designed to lter small particles of dust. We Recommend that this lter be
used to dry vacuum only.
6.2. The lter must be completely dry when used to collect dry dust only. A wet or damp lter will clog quickly and be very difcult to
clean.
6.3. Check the lter carefully and regularly for tears or small holes. Even a small hole can cause dust to be exhausted. Never use a
lter with holes or tears as this may cause damage to the motor and invalidate warranty. Replace it immediately.
Installing & Cleaning
6.4. Slide cartridge lter down over lter cage.
6.5. Hold the base rim of the lter and gently push and twist it until the top rim ts snug against the lid assembly. Ensure there is
no gap between lter and lid assembly.
6.6. To remove lter for cleaning, hold the base of the lter and pull it off the cage gently.
6.7. Clean dry lter by tapping it on the inside of a waste can.
