10. MAINTENANCE
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Ensure the machine is unplugged from the power supply.
10.1. Disconnect the hose from the container.
10.2. Undo the clasps and remove motor head from the container.
10.3. Clear out any dirt or debris from the container and hose.
10.4. Clean the foam lter by washing it in a mild soapy solution.
10.5. Check that the telescopic suction tube operates smoothly, and check the power cable to make sure it has not received any damage.
10.6. Check the O Ring (g.4) on the mail connector (g.1.33) for wear. Replace if necessary. from g1.32.
CARTRIDGE FILTER MAINTENANCE. See also Section 6
10.7. Handle the lter carefully when cleaning or installing.
10.8. Carefully remove the cartridge lter (A) and inspect it for damage. A lter that has small holes or tears in it will not perform efciently and
should be replaced.
10.9. To clean a dry lter, tap it inside a waste bin. (B)
10.10. DO NOT use a wet cartridge lter for dry vacuuming as the lter will clog quickly. To clean a wet cartridge lter it should be rinsed
from the inside (B) and allowed to air dry for 24 hours.
10.11. To t a new/cleaned lter slide it over the lter basket (C) and push it home fully.(D).MAINTENANCE
