Husqvama walTants to the original retail pnrchaser that this Husqvama(R_' product is free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use
and maintenance _?om the date of retail purchase for the applicable WalTanty Period shown on Exhibit A. This Limited WalTanty may not be transferred
to any subsequent purchaser of this Husqvama® producto Certain components (eogo, engines and transmissions) are excluded from coverage, and other
limitations apply, as described in this documento Husqvama will repair or replace at its discretion, any de_)ctive product or pm_ covered by the Limited
WmTanty, _?ce of charge at any authorized Husqvama Servicing Dealer/Center using original OEM Husqvama replacement parts, subject to the
limitations and exclusions described belowo Husqvama does not offer an over-the-connter exchange program.
DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
1_ WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY HUSQVARNA AN[) THERE ARE NO
WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF, EXCEPT AS MAY BE PROVIDED BY LAW_ THIS WARRANTY IS
GIVEN ONLY BY HUSQVARNA, AND MAY BE MODIFIED ONLY BY HUSQVARNAo THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE FINAL EXPRESSION OF OUR
AGREEMENT, AND IS A COMPLETE AND EXCL1_ SIVE STATEMENT OF THE TERMS OF THAT AGREEMENT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY BASED ON LOCALITY
2_ LIMITED DURATION. ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY BE IMPLIED BY LAW (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A

4. Engines, Transmissions and certain other components are NOT coveredo This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the Ik_l!owing:
(a) £'r_gine,s and Atf.ehmeJ_t_.Except where otherwise indicated on Exhibit A, all Engines and Attachments are not covered by this Limited Warranty. In most cases, these
items are NOT mann_hctured by Husqvarna in which case they may be covered separately by their respective manulhcmrer's warranties if one is provided and included with
the product at the time of purchase. All such claims must be submitted and sent to the appropriate manufacturer or as otherxsise directed in those separate warrantieso
Husqvarna is not authorized to handle warranty adjustments or repairs on engines mamdi_ctnred by Briggs & Stratton, Honda, Kawasaki, or Kohler (Hnsqvarna does handle
warranty issues on engines manufactured by Liquid Combustion Technologies (LCT)o Husq_arna does not assume any warranty obligation of the other mamdi_ctnrers'
engines under this Limited Warranty.
(b) irransmis,sions. Except \_here otherx_ise indicated on ExhibitA, Transmission / Transaxle (including Drive Systems) are not covered by this Limited Warranty. In most
cases, these items are NOT manufactured by Husqvama in which case they may be cox ered separately by their respecti_ e manu_i_cturer's warranties if one is pro-_ided and
included with the product at the time of purchase. The _bllowing transmission/transaxle manul:Jcturers, Dana, Hy&o°Gear, Tuf[2Torq provide a wmTanty for the
transmission / transaxle to the ultimate purchaser or to Husqvama. Hnsqvama will assign the transmission / transaxle manufacturer's \_arranty or any rights thereof to the
original purchaser of the unit. To obtain transmission / transaxle warranty ser_ ice, first contact the retailer who yon purchased the unit _?:om. Should you require assistance

obligations under this Limited Warranty lk_rthe above listed manufacturers (for exceptions - see Exhibit A).
(c) Ea_eJ_dab]e Parts. This Limited Warranty does not cover genera! maintenance parts and items ("Expendable Parts"), including without limitation spark plugs, bulbs,
filters, lubricants, starter cords, belts, blades, and blade adapters_
(d) fmissiol_s Control (k)_)oneJ_t,s. This Limited Warranty does not cover Emissions control eqt_ipment and components to the extent regulated by the U.So Em ironmentai
Protection Agency or similar state, prox incia! or l_derai agencies_ Such equipment and components are co_ ered by a separate emission control warranty statement supplied
with your new prodact. Please consult this separate warranty statement Ik_r details.
5. Any COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, AGRICULTURAL, INDUSTRIAL, INCOME PRODUCING, or RENTAL use _ill result in either
No Warran_ or a Shortened Warran_ Period. Depending on the prodnct, there is either NO WARRANTY (whether statutory, contractual or
otherwise) or a reduced wmTanty if the product is used _\_rconm_ercial, instimfional, agricultural, industrial, income producing, or rental purposes and, in

6. Reconditioned or Refm'bished Products have a 3_ Day Limited Warranty. Under this Limited Warranty, Certified Factory Reconditioned or
Ref:arbished products hawsea 30 Day Limited Warranty *\_rparts and labor *\_r Non-Commercial Use. Products are only reconditioned at the Husqx;arna
Factory.
7. Owner's (Yore') Responsibilities. To preser_;e your rights under this Limited Warranty, you must exercise reasonable care and nse of the product,
including, _\_llowing the pre_entative maintenance, storage, _u_el and oil usages as prescribed in the enclosed operator's manual. For example, the
_\_llowing items are the Owner's responsibility and are not co_;ered by this Limited Warranty:
a. get-up and pre-deli_;ery ser_dce, and engine tune-ups;
bo Adjustments after the first (30) thirty days of purchase and beyond, such as throttle cable, belt g_aides adjustments; and
co Prex;entati_;e maintenance as outlined in the operator's manual
