  If your Seeley Air Conditioner isn't operating at full power or not operating at all, and you have a Smart Meter, it's possible that DRED (Demand Response energy saving) mode has been activated by your Electricity Supplier. This isn't a fault of the air conditioner but a requirement from your Electricity Supplier. DRED mode will stop when the power grid demands are reduced.
