Usage Features
The microwave oven features a control panel with a power selection switch and a timer/weight selection switch.
Power Selection:
The power selection switch (A) allows users to choose from various power levels for microwave cooking and grilling:
- Low: 17% microwave power + 83% grill power
- M. Low (Defrost): 28% microwave power + 72% grill power
- Med: 40% microwave power + 60% grill power
- M. High: 55% microwave power
- High: 77% microwave power
- Grill: 100% grill power
Timer/Weight Selection:
The timer/weight selection switch (B) is used to set the desired cooking time or the weight of the food for defrosting. The internal light illuminates during operation.
Cooking Guidelines:
- Cooking time depends on the quantity and type of food.
- Good slicing or shredding of vegetables helps with even cooking.
- Adding water helps with even cooking.
- Stirring food during cooking helps distribute heat evenly.
- Covering food helps retain moisture and ensures even cooking.
Defrosting Guidelines:
- Frozen food in plastic bags can be placed directly in the oven without piercing, provided they do not contain metallic parts.
- Some types of food, like vegetables or fish, do not need to be thoroughly defrosted before cooking.
- Defrosting liquids, stews, and meat sauce is faster if stirred frequently.
- For frozen meat, fish, and vegetables, it is advisable to place them in a suitable container before defrosting.
- Defrosting times for pre-packaged frozen food should be followed as indicated on the packaging.
Reheating Guidelines:
- Always defrost food before reheating.
- Metallic objects are to be avoided. Use suitable containers or cooking dishes.
- Set the correct cooking function according to the type of food, quantity, and desired temperature.
- Lower cooking temperatures take longer.
- During reheating, food should be stirred according to instructions on the food package.
- Use a plastic film suitable for microwave cooking to cover the food container to keep the unit clean.

- Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

Troubleshooting:
- If the microwave does not operate normally or its operation is discontinuous:
- Check if the power cord is correctly plugged into the main socket.
- Check if the circuit breaker is on.
- Check the power rating of the socket.
- If the microwave doesn't work:
- Check if the timer is not set at 0.
