      If your Sega Game isn't turning on even when the main switch is ON, there could be a few reasons. First, ensure the power plug is securely inserted into the socket. Another possibility is an incorrect power supply or voltage, so verify that it's correct. Lastly, the circuit protector might have been activated due to a momentary overload. If this is the case, eliminate the cause of the overload and then reset the AC unit’s circuit protector by waiting at least a minute before pressing the button.

      If no sound comes from the speaker of your Sega Game, it might be due to a faulty sound volume adjustment. Try adjusting the sound volume of the SW unit in the service door. If that doesn't work, there may be a problem with the sound circuit.
