Installation of Select.live with SP PRO series I and series II

Introduction

Thank you for purchasing Select.live. This product will allow you to monitor your SP PRO system wherever

you have an Internet connection.

This instruction will show how to install the Select.live (Order code 005283) for SP PRO series II and SP

PRO Series I. The SP PRO series I also needs Select.live Adaptor Kit (Order code 005290).

This product is suitable for single phase or Advanced Multiphase (three phase and split phase) systems.

  The Select.live Portal might show an offline status due to several reasons: * Select.live may not have an internet connection. In this case, the device display will show “Cloud: NO LAN” or “Cloud: ERROR“. To fix this, verify that your Wi-Fi network and Ethernet connection have internet access. You may need to factory reset Select.live and set up the device again. * Select.live might have lost communication with the SP PRO, indicated by the device display showing “Device: 0 of 1 OK“. Check the communication cable connecting Select.live to the SP PRO. * If Select.live lacks an internet connection and you're behind a corporate firewall, ask your administrator to allow the following settings: Service Protocol Port HTTPS TCP 443, Secure Tunnel (VPN) UDP 11789, and Network Time UDP 123.

  This message indicates that Select.live isn't connected to a network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Verify the availability of both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. If using Wi-Fi, the entered Wi-Fi SSID and password in the Setup Wizard might be incorrect. To resolve this, factory reset Select.live to reset the Wi-Fi connection and use the Setup Wizard again with the correct Wi-Fi SSID and password. You may also need to factory reset Select.live and set up the device again.
