Why does Select.live Portal show the connection status as offline with the red cross symbol?

The Select.live Portal might show an offline status due to several reasons: * Select.live may not have an internet connection. In this case, the device display will show “Cloud: NO LAN” or “Cloud: ERROR“. To fix this, verify that your Wi-Fi network and Ethernet connection have internet access. You may need to factory reset Select.live and set up the device again. * Select.live might have lost communication with the SP PRO, indicated by the device display showing “Device: 0 of 1 OK“. Check the communication cable connecting Select.live to the SP PRO. * If Select.live lacks an internet connection and you're behind a corporate firewall, ask your administrator to allow the following settings: Service Protocol Port HTTPS TCP 443, Secure Tunnel (VPN) UDP 11789, and Network Time UDP 123.
