Reset the login password
• Browse the Forget Password page by the link http://select.live/forgot. A forgot form
appears as shown.
Parameter
Description
<Email>
Email of the user
<Mobile Number>
Mobile Number of the user
[Send]
Submits form. On successful – a randomly generated
password is sent to the email.
[Not Registered Yet?]
On Click – redirect to Registration page
[Remember Password?]
On Click – redirect to Login Page
• Fill the <Email> and <Mobile Number> and click [Send]
• On success, a randomly generated password is sent to the <Email>. On fail, the
following error message is shown.

Could not find a user matching
that email address and phone
<Email> is wrong or doesn’t exist.
Phone number does not match
<Mobile Number> is wrong or doesn’t exist.
