3. Setting the automatic shut-o timer
3.1 Button B7 serves to set the time interval of 2, 4 or 8 hours, after which the air purier will automatically turn itself
o.
3.2 To set the automatic shut o time, repeatedly press button B7 until the respective indicator B4 lights up. After
the set time has elapsed, the purier will turn itself o automatically.
3.3 When the air purier is running, to cancel the set automatic shut o time repeatedly press button B7 until no
indicator B4 is lit.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Cleaning the outer surface
• Before cleaning the purier, turn it o and disconnect it from the power socket.
• Clean the outer surface as required using acloth lightly dampened in lukewarm water. Then wipe everything
so that it is thoroughly dry.
• For cleaning, do not use abrasive cleaning products and solvents as this could damage the surface of the appliance.
Do not submerge the purier in water or in any other liquid.
2. Cleaning and replacement of lters
• Please adhere to the following instructions relating to the cleaning and replacement of lters. Otherwise the
eciency of the purier may be negatively aected.
• Clean the pre-lter and activated carbon lter once amonth or more frequently depending on the degree of
soiling.
• Make sure that the purier is turned o and disconnected from the power socket. Tilt open the front cover A9
and remove it from the main unit A4.
