Tip:

Full-satellite tuning can result in avery large list of channels, which is difﬁcult to

orient yourself in. This can be avoided by tuning the desired transponders one by one

(channels will be added). Or for example using anetwork tuning of one satellite and

"additional tuning" of several transponders from other satellites. This allows storing

areasonably large list of channels.

Example for Skylink Czech Republic: Advanced Search/Astra 23.5E/Transponder

(EPG)/12071H/Tuning (blue)/Search Type=Network/Enter. (According to the operator table,

the receiver will ﬁnd and store programs for the entire satellite). Check the parameters

for transponders stored in this manner, in particular symbol speeds that differ from

27.5 Msym/s, or adjust to their actual speeds 29.5 and 29.9 Msym/s, where these

are different for programs on-demand than speciﬁed in the broadcast table. Tune each

transponder one by one from the Astra 19.2 Esatellite provided you would like to receive

the programs offered by this satellite and that you have acompatible satellite antenna.

NOTICE:

Have aprofessional install your satellite antenna to ensure you get quality and

uninterrupted reception. The professional will inform you about the technical

parameters (in particular DiSEqC), which he used during the installation process

and which shall be entered into the TV receiver for asuccessful tuning process.
