If the safety valve A1 cannot be unscrewed, it's likely because the pressure inside the water tank A3 is too high, posing a scalding risk. To resolve this, release the trigger lock A8, press and hold the trigger A9 until all steam is released from the tank A3. Then, carefully release the safety valve A1. Allow about 5 minutes for the water in the tank A3 to cool before completely unscrewing the valve A1 to remove it from the filling opening.

If your Sencor Steam Cleaner is releasing water instead of steam, it's likely that the water tank A3 is overfilled. To fix this, turn off the steam cleaner, disconnect it from the power socket and let it cool down. Then, remove all the water from the tank A3. Refill the tank A3 with a maximum of 250 ml of water, following the instructions in the chapter 'Filling the water tank'.

If you cannot press the steam release trigger A9 on your Sencor Steam Cleaner, it's likely that the trigger lock A8 is engaged.
