has met this need with the new TF15l. It can check regular transis tors for AC beta
and
FET' s for Gm , both in and out of Circuit, as well as check for tha t criticalleakag
in each device. The TF151 will fill the bill in the service industry and also in indus-
trial applications, with ease. Here are a few of the features found on the Trl5l:
* Checks high power, low power and the critical RF types in or out of circuit
for actual AC beta.
* Checks these regular transistors for leakage or ICBO.
* Checks Field Effect Transistors in or out of circuit for Gm or
transconductance.
* Checks Field Effect Transistors for gate leakage or IGSS.
