APPENDICES
A. Warranty
Warrants the electrolyte analyzer will be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase,
except for those parts or materials which are consumed or expended in
normal use. In the case of consumables or expendables, the warranty time
period shall be usage time prescribed in the operator’s manual providing
such consumable or expendable is used prior to any “install by” or
“expiration date”. The warranty is only applicable for ST-200 aQua under
normal operating conditions and maintained in accordance with the
instructions in the operator’s manual and when not having been subjected
to accident, alteration, or misuse. In the event of failure within the
warranty period, ST-200 aQua will repair or replace any Analyzer returned.
ST-200 aQua reserves the right to ask for proof of date of purchase, such
as original invoice and / or maintenance records.
Representations and warranties made by any person including dealers,
representatives and employees, which are inconsistent or in conflict with,
or in addition to, the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon
ST-200 aQua unless in writing and signed by one of its officers.
