4 Monitors are programmed with a custom Start-up delay,
measurement interval and alarm settings which have been pre-determined
by the customer.
Starting a TempTale
®
4 Monitor
• PressandreleasetheStartbutton.
• The“Sunshine”iconappearsintheupperleftcornerof
the display.
• TheTempTale4willbegintorecorddataafterthestart-up
delay has passed.
To mark an important event (“Date Stamp”)
• TempTale4monitorsprovideanoptionto“DateStamp”ormarkanimportanteventatany
time during the monitoring cycle that will be visible when viewing the data. The mark is
displayed as an arrow when viewing the graph and shown in italics when viewing the
tabular data.
• Tomarkagraphwhilethemonitorisrecording,pressandreleasethe“Start”button.
• The“arrow”iconwillappeartemporarilyinthelowerleftcornerandthetemperaturehistory
will appear on the display. Data appears as follows:
1. Average temperature
2. Highest temperature recorded
3. Total time above high temperature limit
4. Lowest temperature recorded
5. Total time below low temperature limit
Alarm
When the TempTale4 is exposed to a temperature outside a pre-programmed limit and time
threshold,an“Alarmbell”willappearinthelowerrightcorneroftheLCDdisplay.
Stopping a TempTale4 Monitor
Pressandhold(1to3seconds)theStopbuttonuntilthe“Stopsign”iconappearsintheup-
perrightcorneroftheLCDdisplay.

• LosmonitoresTempTale4proporcionanlaopción“RegistrarFecha”omarcaruneventoen
 cualquiermomentodelciclodemonitoreoqueserávisiblecuandovisualicelainformación.
 Lamarcaaparececomounaechaalvisualizarelgrácoyserámostradaenletracursiva
 alvisualizarlainformación.
• Paramarcareleventoduranteelenvio,presioneysuelteelbotóndeinicio“Start”.
• Unaechaaparecerátemporalmenteenlaesquinainferiorizquierdayelregistrohistórico
 apareceráenlapantalla.Lainformaciónapareceráenelsiguienteorden:
1. Temperatura promedio
2. Temperatura más alta registrada
3. Tiempo total por encima del límite más alto
4. Temperatura más baja registrada
5. Tiempo total por debajo del límite más bajo
Alarma
CuandoelTempTale4seencuentrefueradeloslímitesdetemperaturaydelumbraldetiempo
pre-establecidos,uníconoenformadecampanaapareceráenlaesquinainferiorderechade
lapantallaLCD.
Parar el TempTale4
Presioneysuelte(1a3segundos)elbotón“Stop”hastaqueelíconoaparezcaenlaesquina
superiorderechadelapantallaLCD.
