Function Description:

The sauna operates by heating a sauna box to 55°C (131°F), at which point FIR (Far Infrared) materials emit 95% of their energy. It takes approximately 5 minutes to reach this constant temperature. The steam therapy aims to moisten and expand tiny blood vessels, improve blood circulation, decrease blood consistency, accelerate metabolism, and eliminate extra fat or other toxins accumulated in the body, ultimately promoting relaxation and vitality. The design allows for easy access with a sit-in steam sauna setup, making it a compact spa size perfect for at-home use. It includes a foldable chair for comfortable seating.
