The SereneLife SLISAU40BK Portable Steam Sauna is a one-person sauna designed for detox and weight loss. This product is not a medical equipment and is not intended for medical purposes. Users should consult their doctor before use, especially if pregnant or under medical care. It is crucial to stop using the sauna immediately if discomfort, nausea, or sleepiness occurs.

Important Safety Instructions and Warnings:

• Do not plug in the sauna while it is folded for storage.
• Recommended usage is 30 minutes per day, not more than 3 times per week, to prevent overheating.
• The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• The infrared cabin should not be used within 24 hours after UV radiation exposure from artificial sources or sun-bathing.
• Individuals at risk from hyperthermia, such as those with cardiovascular disease, should seek medical advice before using infrared warming cabins.
• If persistent erythema (skin reddening lasting more than a day) and netlike color changes occur after regular exposure to infrared radiation, exposure should not be repeated, and medical advice should be sought.
• Individuals with compromised heat pain sensation or under the influence of alcohol or tranquilizers should not use infrared warming cabins.
• The sauna is NOT recommended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
• DO NOT use the sauna under any of the following health conditions: any type of respiratory condition, any heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or pregnancy.
• Unplug the power cord after each use.
• Do not use in or around water due to the danger of electrical shock.
• Keep the electrical cord away from heat sources.
• Never operate the unit if the cord or plug has been damaged.
• Do not pull on the electrical cord.

Hyperthermia Warning:

Hyperthermia occurs when the internal body temperature reaches several degrees above the normal 98.6°F (37°C). Symptoms include increased internal body temperature, dizziness, lethargy, drowsiness, and fainting. The effects of hyperthermia can include failure to perceive heat, failure to recognize the need to exit the room, unawareness of impending hazard, fetal damage in pregnant women, physical inability to exit the room, and unconsciousness. The use of alcohol, drugs, or medication can greatly increase the risk of fatal hyperthermia.
