Servos, motorbetriebene Stützen
und andere Sonderfunktionen
Das AMO besitzt vier Servo-Ausgänge, von
denen zwei als Schaltfunktion (Servo 3+4)
und zwei als Proportionalfunktion (Servo 5+6)
genutzt werden können. Für den Betrieb von
Stellmotoren mit dem AMO können einfache,
handelsübliche Fahrtregler an den Servo-
ausgängen verwendet werden. Ein Fahrt-
regler an den Proportional-Servoausgängen 5
oder 6 funktioniert wie gewohnt. Für die Ver-
wendung eines Fahrtreglers am Servo-
ausgang 4 steht eine spezielle
Zeit-Programmierung zur Verfügung (s.
dort), d. h. der Motor dreht bei Betätigung nur
eine einstellbare Zeit. Damit kann z. B. auch
eine Stütze ohne Endlagenschalter betrieben
werden. Der mitgelieferte Schalter kann zum
manuellen Betätigen der Stütze am Servo-
Ausgang 4 genutzt werden. Das ist vorallem
dann nützlich, wenn keine IR-Verbindung zur
Zugmaschine besteht. Servo 3 gibt immer
Vollauschlag links/rechts aus (nur nutzbar mit
der Servonaut K-Reglerfamilie).
Wichtig:
Bei Verwendung von Fahrtreglern mit BEC
an den Servo-Ausgängen muss das mittlere
rote Kabel aus dem Servostecker entfernt
werden, da das AMO bereits über ein eigenes
BEC verfügt!
Servos, Motorized Support Legs
and other Extra Functions
The AMO has four servo outputs, two of
them only with full swing function (servos
3&4) and two of them with normal propor-
tional control (servos 5&6). For controlling
gear motors with the AMO you can use
standard ESCs. Connected to servo outputs
5 or 6 you will have direct proportional con-
trol as usual. For servo output 4 there is a
special time delay option (see there). The
motor will then only turn for a prepro-
grammed time. This feature is useful when
you’re having motorized support legs with-
out limit switches. The provided switch is
used to manually operate the support legs
on servo output 4. This is especially useful,
if no IR link is active, e. g. IR transmitter
switched off. Servo output 3 always puts out
full swing left or right (only available with
Servonaut K-family speed controllers).
Important:
When using ESCs with integrated BEC
system along with the AMO you have to
remove the central red wire from the servo
plug, because the AMO has its own BEC!
