Troubleshooting
In the case of problems, the following error messages may appear on the display:
Error message Cause Action to be taken
E01
The mains voltage is
below 160 V.
Connect the unit to an outlet installed
in accordance with the regulations,
with a supply voltage between 220
and 240 V.
E02
The mains voltage
exceeds 270 V.
Connect the unit to an outlet installed
in accordance with the regulations,
with a supply voltage between 220
and 240 V.
E03 Internal fault Contact customer service.
E06 Internal fault Contact customer service
E07
The cooking
temperature exceeds
240 °C.
Turn the unit off, disconnect it from
the mains and allow it to cool down.
Contact customer service if the
problem occurs repeatedly.
E08 Internal fault Contact customer service.
The unit is in
stand-by mode,
no information
shows on the
display, and beep
signals are heard
Unsuitable cookware
(non-magnetic base,
diameter less than
18 cm)
