Troubleshooting
Q. Cannot open photos or videos
A. The database may be disabled.Connect handset to a PC
using a commercially available USB Type-C cable, and
delete the DATABASE folder in ¥PRIVATE¥SHARP¥PM
on internal storage before opening photos or videos.
