Example
Obtain the area of the triangle with the side lengths of 20 cm (A), 35 cm (B)
and 40 cm (C).
4. Press j to return to the PROG mode menu.
5. Press 0, select the program ‘HERON’
and press e.
• If the values you enter do not satisfy the
conditions to make a triangle (e.g. A + B >
C where A, B, C are the side lengths), the program prompts you to re-
enter the values from the beginning. If you wish to stop the program,
press j.
6. Enter 20 for A, 35 for B and 40 for C.
