Sharp EL-6790

URL Mode
URL mode is used exclusivelv for storing URL (Uniform Resource
Locator) and its remark which reminds you of the URL contents. In
this mode, a URL listing consists of 3 entries: name, URL, and remark.
1. Storing URL Listings
«Example» Enter the following data in URL.
Name: SHARP ELECTRONICS CO.
URL: www.sharp-usa.com
REMARK: ELECTRONICS
* To switch the case of text between upper- and lowercases,
press Cus.
1. Press @ to display the
URL entry prompt.
2. Enter the name.
SHARP ELECTRONICS CO.
3. Press (ENTER).
The URL entry prompt
including “www.” is
displayed.
. Enter the URL.
. Enter the Remark.
. Press (ENTER).
You can edit "www." if necessary.

The REMARK entry prompt is displayed.

“STORED !” will be
displayed briefly, then the
listing will be displayed. The
URL listing is now stored.
The maximum number of characters (including “www.”)
that can be entered for each listing is 512 in all.
