Cooking Operation:

Measuring Rice: Use the provided measuring cup. For 1.0L models, 1 cup is approximately 150g; for 1.8L models, 1 cup is approximately 180g.
Washing Rice: Wash the rice in a separate container. Do not wash rice directly in the inner pot to avoid scratching its non-stick layer.
Adding Water: Add water according to the rice type and desired softness. The inner pot has water level markings for different rice quantities.
Placing Inner Pot: Ensure the inner pot is properly placed inside the main body and rotated gently to ensure good contact with the heating plate.
Closing Lid: Close the lid firmly until it snaps into place.
Connecting Power: Insert the power plug into an electrical outlet.
Selecting Function: Press "Thực đơn" to choose the desired cooking function.

Maintenance Features

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of the rice cooker.

Cleaning the Inner Pot:

After each use, remove any remaining rice grains.
Wash the inner pot with diluted household detergent and rinse with fresh water.
Use a soft sponge or cloth; avoid metal brushes or harsh tools that could damage the non-stick coating.
Dry the inner pot thoroughly before storing.
Note: The inner pot may show discoloration or markings over time, which is normal and does not affect health or use.

Cleaning the Steam Valve:

The steam valve is removable for cleaning.
To remove, pull the steam valve upwards.
Wash it with water and dry thoroughly.
To re-install, align the valve with the opening and push it down until it snaps into place.
Note: Residue in the steam valve can cause malfunction, so keep it clean.

Cleaning the Water Storage Tank:

The water storage tank, located at the back of the cooker, collects condensed water.
Wipe it dry with a semi-dry rag after each use.

Cleaning the Heating Plate:

If rice grains or other debris fall onto the heating plate, wipe them away with a dry rag.
Ensure the heating plate is clean before placing the inner pot to ensure good contact and efficient heating.

General Cleaning:

Wipe the exterior of the rice cooker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
