■ Moving a group to the top (GROUP TOP MOVE)
The recorded group can be moved to the beginning of the MiniDisc.
1. When in the stop mode, select the group you want to move.
2.
Press the
M
button.
The unit enters the menu select mode.
3.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “G (GROUP)”
and press it.
4.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “T
(GrTOPMOVE)” and press it.
5.
Press the
M
button again.

Select the menu within 25 seconds.
●

■ Erasing a group (GROUP ERASE)
You can erase all tracks in a group at once.
1. When in the stop mode, select the group you want to erase.
2.
Press the
M
button.
The unit enters the menu select mode.
3.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “G (GROUP)”
and press it.
4.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “E
(Gr&TrERASE)” and press it.
5.
Press the
M
button again.

Select the menu within 25 seconds.

■ Creating a group before recording (GROUP RESERVE)
You can create a group in advance and record tracks into it.
1. When in the stop mode, press the
M
button.
The unit enters the menu select mode.
2.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “G (GROUP)”
and press it.
3.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “R
(GrRESERVE)” and press it.
You can enter characters now.
4. Enter the group name.
Otherwise you will not be able to create a group.

Hold down the
M
button for 1 second or more.

Select the menu within 25 seconds.

■ Positioning non-group tracks after group-recorded
tracks (GROUP ARRANGE)
If non-group tracks are located in the middle of tracks that were
group-recorded with other equipment, you can move them to the
end of the disc.

When in the stop mode, press the

button.
The unit enters the menu select mode.

Move the

button toward 5 or 4 to select “G (GROUP)”
and press it.
3.
Move the
M
button toward 5 or 4 to select “A
(GrARRANGE)” and press it.
4.
Press the

button again.

■ Erasing group information (GROUP CANCEL)
You can erase the entire group information.
After the group information has been erased, the MiniDisc will
change to a non-group MiniDisc.

When in the stop mode, press the

button.
The unit enters the menu select mode.

button toward 5 or 4 to select “G (GROUP)”
and press it.
