4) Click “Check” button. The window for saving the log file is displayed. Decide the saving place and the file name, and click “Save”
button. After clicking “Save” button, the sensor check starts.
<CAUTION>
- Do not touch the surface of the touch panel. The sensor check is finished after clicking “Save” button.
5) During the sensor check, “Check” button turns to “checking”. During the sensor check, do not touch the surface of the touch panel and
wait for finishing the sensor check. To finish sensor check, it will take 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
6) Confirm the check result.
<Check result>
- There is no error about the sensor.
- There are short-circuits on the displayed places.
- There are opened sensors on the displayed places.

“Service_yearmonthdate_hourminutesecond.log”.
* The time is the timing when the “Check”button is clicked.
During the sensor check, “Check”
