3]. [JUDGMENT PROCEDURE FOR LOWER MAGNETRON AND ITS CIRCUIT]
Disconnect the power supply cord.
Disconnect lead wires to the interlock relay RY2 to avoid
operation of lower magnetron circuit. Lead wires to the
interlock relay RY3 should be connected.
Reconnect power supply
Heating for one minute.
Temperature of the water increased?

Yes
EE1 should be indicated.
Lower magnetron, its driving circuit and
parts on the circuit are normal.
*1: CHECK OF TEMPERATURE RISE
Fill approx. 453 CC of water in a measuring cup and place it in the oven.
Operate the oven for one minute.
Substract cold water temperature from hot water temperature.
The result should be approx. 18 - 36F (10 - 20 deg.C).
If EE2 is indicated, carry out Test proceduresÅ-J and
find out the defective part. Lower magnetron, its driving
circuit or any parts on its circuit may be defective.
