EXPRESS COOK MENU GUIDE
• Use netted roast beef.
• Shield edges.
• Place fat side down on a roasting rack in a casserole dish.
• When oven stops and TURN, OVER is displayed, turn beef over and continue
cooking.
• After cooking, stand covered with aluminium foil.
