Menu = MN UEY Procedure
0.1kg — 3kg * Shield thin end of chaps or steaks with foil.
* Position the food with thinner parts in the center
in a single layer on a defrost rack. if pieces are
stuck together, try to separate as soon as possi-
ble,
« When oven has stopped, remove any defrosted
_ pieces, turn over and shield the warm portions.
« After defrosttime, stand covered with aluminium
foil for 10-15 mins. ,
Poultry * Remove from original wrapper.
Shield wing and leg tips with foil.
« Place breast side down on a defrost rack. When
gi 7 oven has stopped, turn over and shieldthe warm .

oy aluminium foil for 15-50 mins.
N.B. After standing run under cold water to re-
move giblets if necessary.
Minced Meat 0.i1kg-3kg * Place frozen minced meat ona defrost rack. When

edges
with
foil
strips.
After defrost time, stand covered with

Foods not listed in the Guide can be defrosted using M:LOW setting.
NOTE: When’ freezing minced meat, shape it into flat even sizes.
For chicken pieces, stedks and chops, freeze separately in single flat layers and if necessary
interleave with freezer plastic to separate Jayers. This will ensure even defrosting.
It is also a good idea to label the packs with the correct weights.
