Is the voltage more than about 2.6V
applied at pin (7) of connector AD ?
Check the AT5V line.
Is 5V at pin (1) of connector AD ?

Check the AT12V line.
Is 12V at pin (4) of connector AD ?
Check the connection between
connectors AD and ME or
Check/replace the drum motor.
Check between the connector AD
and pin (78) of IC7701, and between
the connector AD and pin (76) of
IC7701.
