The system includes a speaker unit and a transmitter base, both designed for ease of use and portability.

Function Description:

The primary function of this device is to wirelessly transmit and play audio from various portable audio devices, including iPods, MP3, and MP4 players. The transmitter base connects to the audio source, and the speaker unit receives the audio signal wirelessly, allowing for flexible placement without the need for direct wired connection between the source and the speaker. Usage Features:

Battery Installation (Speaker Unit): To power the speaker unit, open the battery compartment located on its bottom and install four "D" batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
Transmitter Base Setup: Attach the DC adaptor to the DC jack on the back of the transmitter base and plug the cord into a 120V household outlet. For optimal reception, the transmitter base should be placed within 150 feet of the speaker.
iPod Connection: Carefully place your iPod onto the 3.5mm pin connector on the transmitter base.
Other Audio Device Connection: For non-iPod devices (MP3, MP4 players, etc.), connect them to the LINE IN jack located on the back of the transmitter base.
Powering On/Off: Press the POWER button on both the transmitter base and the speaker unit to turn them ON. Press the POWER button(s) again to turn them OFF.
Volume Adjustment: Adjust the VOLUME level directly on the speaker unit.
Portability: The speaker unit features a built-in handle behind it for convenient carrying. The battery-powered speaker allows for placement anywhere within the transmission range.

- To disconnect, remove the plug from the outlet.
- This appliance is designed for indoor use only; do not use outdoors.
- Only set on dry surfaces; do not place on surfaces wet from water or cleaning solvents.
- Never leave the appliance unattended, especially if children are present.
- Never cover the appliance when it is in operation.
- This unit should not be used by children without adult supervision.
- Always keep the cord away from high temperature and fire.
- Do not lift, carry, hang, or pull the product by the power cord.
- If the adaptor sustains damage, stop using the product immediately and contact The Sharper Image Service Center.
