5. FAQs
A. The power strip is not in reset mode.
Press and hold the power button for about 10
seconds until the blue light on the button starts to
flash.
B. I can’t link the power strip to Smart Life.
Change the connection mode to AP mode. Follow
the steps explained on page 14 of this manual.
C. I can’t turn off one of the USB ports on
the power strip.
The USB of the strip form a set, therefore they
cannot be switched off individually.
D. I can’t control the power strip with
Alexa / Google Home.
Make sure you have your Alexa or Google Home
account linked to the App and that your product
is online. Say “Alexa / Google Home, discover
devices”.
