Using online directories

Search result (hit list)
The search result is shown as a list on the display. Example:
1. 3/50: Consecutive number/total number of hits (only the consecutive number is displayed if the
total number of hits >99)
2. Four lines with subscriber's name, trade sector, telephone number and address (possibly
abridged)
You have the following options:
¤ You can scroll through the hit list with q.
¤ Press the display key §View§. Displays the unabridged details of the entry (name, trade sec-
tor where applicable, address, telephone numbers). You can scroll through the hit list
with q.
You have the following additional options via
§Options§:
Refine search
Refine search criteria and restrict list (page 54).
New search Start a new search.
Copy to Directory
Transfer the entry number to the handset's directory (page 52). The surname
is transferred to the name field of the directory.
Calling subscribers
Precondition: A hit list is displayed.
¤ Select the entry and press the talk key c.
This dials the number in the display if there is only one number.
A list of numbers appears if there is more than one number.
¤ Select the number with q and press the talk key c once again.
Start detailed search
You can use the search options available in the detailed search (first name and/or street) to
limit the number of hits returned by a previous search.
Precondition: A search result is displayed (hit list with multiple entries or a message indi-
cating too many hits).
§Refine§ Press the display key.
