Fault Cause troubleshooting
Appliance door opens too
wide at the end of the pro-
gramme.
Door is not correctly adjus-
ted.
▶
Adjust the appliance door as de-
scribed in the installation instruc-
tions.
The door gap must be at least
70mm - 100mm.
Wrong screws used to ad-
just the door gap.
▶
Use size 4X30 bolts to adjust the
door gap.
The bolts are included in the scope
of supply.
If you use bolts that are too long,
this can deactivate the function of
automatic door opening.
Appliance door does not
open.
Childproof lock is activated.
▶
Press the top of the door in the
middle twice in quick succession.
Door is not correctly adjus-
ted.
▶
Adjust the appliance door as de-
scribed in the installation instruc-
tions.
Appliance has no power.
▶
Check the mains plug and fuses.
1. Position the emergency release
supplied on the top right and left of
the cabinet panel.
2. Open the appliance door by pulling
lightly.
Appliance door and door
seal are soiled.

Clean the appliance door and door
seal with a damp cloth and a little
washing-up liquid.
Automatic door opening is
not in home position.

Wait one second after closing the
appliance door.
Appliance door opens too
wide when activated.
