Fault Cause and troubleshooting
"E:30 / -10" and/or The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.
▶ Ensure that the water inlet hose is not kinked or
jammed.
Water level measurement system is defective.
Note:With the error message, the appliance starts a
draining process.
1. First wait approx. 5 minutes until the drain process
ends.
2. To reset the error message, switch the appliance
off.
3. Switch the appliance back on.
4. If the error message is displayed again, call cus-
tomer service.

"E:35 / -10" There is water in the base trough.
▶ Turn off the water tap.
▶ Call the after-sales service.

The appliance is leaking.

The detergent drawer has not been pushed in fully.
▶ Push in the detergent drawer until the symbol goes
out.
The pump unit is not inserted.
1. Insert the pump unit into the detergent drawer.

2. Push in the detergent drawer until the symbol goes
out.
Detergent dosage is too high.
▶ Immediate measure: Mix one tablespoon of fabric
softener with 0.5 litres of water and pour the mix-
ture into the compartment for manual dosing (not
for outdoor clothing, sportswear or items stuffed
with down).
▶ If intelligent dosing is activated, reduce the basic
dosage →Page37.
▶ If you dose manually, reduce the amount of deter-
gent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
