SIERRA LSV LIMITED WARRANTY

SUB-ITEMS COVERAGE
25,000 amp hours as recorded by the controller, or four years, whichever
occurs rst, for vehicles properly maintained using an authorized deionizer
system. Otherwise, 20,000 amp hours or four years, whichever occurs rst.
Proper charging and maintenance required as stated in this manual. Any
defects caused by aftermarket accessory installation or misuse of any kind
will void battery warranty.

Warranties
Sierra LSV hereby warrants to the Original Purchaser, as those terms are dened herein, and subject to the provisions, limitations and
exclusions in this limited warranty, that its new vehicle or new component purchased from Sierra LSV or an Authorized Dealer or
Distributor shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods stated below, subject to
the provisions, limitations and exclusions in this limited warranty.
This limited warranty covers material, workmanship and repair labor cost as to those items specically listed below for the periods
specied. Such repair labor shall be performed only by Sierra LSV, its Authorized Dealers or Distributors, or a service agency approved
by Sierra LSV. For repairs made by qualied technicians other than Sierra LSV’s factory technicians or an Authorized Dealer or Distributor,
Sierra LSV will provide only the replacement parts or components.
IF THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM IS NOT COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO Sierra LSV AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL SALE,
PURCHASER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF DATE OF PURCHASE WITH ANY WARRANTY CLAIM.
