ZULU6™ IMAGE STABILIZED BINOCULAR
INSTRUCTIONS:
INSTALLING BATTERIES:
The battery port is located on the left side (10x30) or bottom (12x42 and 16x42) of
your ZULU6 binoculars. Unscrew the battery port cover and insert the battery with the
positive (+) side facing out. Tighten the battery port cover until it is finger tight.
POWER ON/OFF:
Turn ON the image stabilization of your ZULU6 binoculars by toggling the power
switch forward. A green power indicator light will light up when the power is ON.
SCAN MODE & TARGET MODE:
The ZULU6 Binocular now has two modes of optical image stabilization that
enhances the users ability to find wild game & targets while glassing off hand. The
Optical Image Stabilization in both modes electronically cancels out shaking and
vibration.
SELECTING STABILIZATION MODES:
Scan Mode is designed specifically for scanning and gridding terrain.
- To enter Scan mode, simply turn your ZULU6 on by toggling the power switch to
the ON position. The power indicator light will then turn green to signify that you are
in Scan mode. Every time the image stabilization is turned ON it will default to scan
mode for your convenience.
Target Mode is designed specifically for locking in on wild game & targets, Target
mode increases stability up to 50% allowing you to successfully identify targets
once located in Scan mode.
-To enter Target mode, start with the image stabilization ON in Scan mode. Toggle
the power switch to the OFF position and then back to the ON position within 2
seconds. The power indicator light will now turn to an amber color signifying you are
in Target mode. If the binocular is turned OFF or automatically times out after 10
minutes the binocular will enter Scan mode as a default.
