• Silk and other fabrics likely to become shiny should be ironed on the reverse side. To
prevent staining, do not use Spray on silk or other delicate fabrics.

SPRAYING:
This function can be used any time and it does not affect the ironing temperature. Fill the iron
with water as described on page 4. Aim the nozzle toward the garmet and press the Spray
Button.
BURST OF STEAM:
This function provides and extra amount of steam to remove stubborn wrinkles. Fill the iron
with water as described on page 4. Turn the Fabric Selection Dial to “MAX”. Press the Burst
of Steam button and steam will penetrate into the garment from the vents in the soleplate.
STEAM IRONING:
This function can be used only at higher temperature settings. Fill the iron with water as
described on page 4. Turn the Fabric Selection Dial to desired setting. Turn the Steam
Control Dial to the desired position and steam will start coming out from the vents in the
soleplate.
NOTE: With convention steam ironing, water may leak from the soleplate if too low a
temperature has been selected. If this happens, turn the Fabric Selection Dial to the advised
position. Steam will recommence as soon as the appropriate temperature has been reached.
DRY IRONING:
This function can be used when steam is not needed. Make sure the Steam Control Dial is
set to the picture indicating NO STEAM before you begin. Turn the Fabric Selection Dial to
the desired setting.
CARE AND CLEANING
This appliance contains no user serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Refer it to
qualied service personnel if servicing is needed.
