Usage Features

Before First Use: Before using the ice cream maker for the first time, all parts should be removed from the packaging, checked for completeness and intactness, and thoroughly cleaned. The motor unit (2) should be wiped with a slightly damp cloth, while the inside of the bowl (6) should be wiped with a damp cloth. All other parts should be washed in warm water and dried completely.

Preparing the Ice Cream:

  1. Chilling the Bowl: The removable bowl (6) must be completely frozen before use. It should be placed in a freezer at -18 °C (-0.4 °F) or colder for at least 24 hours. For optimal results, it is recommended to store the bowl in the freezer for 24 hours.
  2. Preparing the Mixture: Prepare the desired ice cream mixture according to a recipe. The maximum filling capacity is 1000 ml. The mixture should be chilled in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before churning.
  3. Assembly:
    • Place the motor unit (2) onto the lid (3) so it snaps into place.
    • Insert the connecting piece (4) into the motor unit (2).
    • Fit the mixing blade (5) to the connecting piece (4).
    • Place the ring (7) on the container (8). The handles are positioned in the recesses of the container.
    • Take the frozen bowl (6) out of the freezer and place it on the ring (7).
    • Place the lid (3) on the ring (7) and turn clockwise to secure.
    • Insert the power plug (9) into the wall socket and move the O/I switch (1) to "I" (on).
  4. Churning: Pour the prepared mixture into the bowl (6) through the opening (9) in the lid. Allow the machine to churn until the ice cream has the required consistency. The churning process typically takes 20-40 minutes, depending on the desired firmness.
  5. Removing the Ice Cream: Once the desired consistency is reached, switch the device off (O/I switch (1) to "O") and unplug it. Remove the lid (3) by turning it counter-clockwise. Remove the mixing blade (5) and connecting piece (4). Lift the bowl (6) out of the container (8) using the ring with handles (7). The ice cream can be served immediately or stored in a freezer for later consumption.

Recipes: The manual includes recipes for Banana Ice Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream, Strawberry Ice Cream, and Raspberry Ice Cream. These recipes typically involve eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and the respective fruit.
