19) Push in the “Steam” button so that it clicks into place.
20) Hold a container under the milk frother and slowly turn the steam control
button to the position “+ “ as soon as the green heating-up control lamp
lights up.
21) After about 1 minute, close the steam control (turn it in the direction of the
“-“ as far as the stop), press the “Steam” button
again and switch off
the appliance.
NOTE
► If no button is pressed, the appliance turns off automatically after
30 minutes.

• The espresso powder is too
moist and/or compressed

The espresso is cold.
• The appliance was not
preheated.
• Preheat the appliance.
• The green heating-up control
lamp has not yet glowed.
• Wait until the green
heating-up control
lamp lights up.
• The cups were not pre-warmed. • Pre-warm the cups.
The pump is unusually
noisy.
• The water tank is empty.
• Fill the water tank
with water.
