Cabbage juice
Ingredients
▯ Pointed, white or red cabbage
▯ Possibly an apple
Preparation
1) Cut the cabbage into strips or roll the individual leaves into rolls so that they
can be fed into the appliance.
2) Add the cabbage a little at a time to the appliance.
NOTE
► As cabbage has a low fluid content, it is possible that the appliance will
make unusual squeaking noises. This is normal and not an appliance
defect.
3) If desired, add a little apple (prepared according to the instructions) to the
appliance. The apple will alleviate the bitterness of the cabbage and also
compensate for the cabbage’s low liquid content.
