Troubleshooting
The power bank does not charge
♦ Connection may be faulty. Check the connection.
♦ Some computers deactivate the power supply to
the USB ports when they are turned off. Check that
the computer is turned on.
A connected device will not charge
♦ The integrated battery is empty. Charge the battery.
♦ No connection to the device. Check the connection.
♦ Press the On/Off button briefly to start the
charging process.
♦ The charging current of the connected device is too
low (< 60 mA) or too high (> 1 A).
The selfie stick cannot be turned on
♦ Make sure that the battery of the power bank is
charged; otherwise the selfie stick will not work. If
necessary, charge the power bank battery before
using the selfie stick. Refer also to section "Charg-
ing the power bank".
The Bluetooth
®
connection cannot be established
♦ The Bluetooth
®
function on the selfie stick is not
activated. To check this, press the photo button .
If the Bluetooth
®
function is enabled, the
Bluetooth
®
LED flashes once. If this is not the
case, press and hold the On/Off button for 2
seconds to activate the Bluetooth
®
function on
the selfie stick.
♦ The Bluetooth
®
function on the smartphone
or compact camera is not activated. Activate the
Bluetooth
®
function. For further information, refer
to the operating instructions of your smartphone or
compact camera.
♦ The selfie stick and the smartphone or compact
camera are not paired. Make the connection
as described in the section "Connecting the
selfie stick and smartphone/compact camera via
Bluetooth
®
