  If no steam is coming out of the nozzle of your Silvercrest Steam Cleaner, there might be several reasons: * Ensure you are pressing the steam dispensing button all the way down. * The appliance may not be ready; press the steam dispensing button for about 30 seconds, or until you hear the pump noise, and then wait for the steam. * Check if the water tank is short of water; if so, fill the tank with fresh water up to the lower rim of the threading. * The tank may not be inserted correctly; remove the tank and reinsert it, ensuring it is in the right position.

Try pressing the steam dispensing button until steam comes out, positioning a soft cloth to absorb any water.
