If the steam jet is not working on your Silvercrest Steam Cleaner, make sure the water tank is full. Also, ensure that the temperature controller is set between the minimum and maximum levels. You might need to press the steam button repeatedly to initiate the first jet of steam, and remember to allow a few seconds between each press.
