What to do if my Silvercrest 498254 2204 is not working?

If your Silvercrest Food Processor isn't working, first ensure it's properly connected to a mains power socket. Check your household fuses and replace them if needed. Also, make sure the motor unit is correctly placed on the blade holder. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the appliance may be defective or damaged, and in that case you should contact the Customer Service department.
